iv) L, M, N–Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands
v) P, R, S–Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden
vi) U, V–Ukraine, Vatican City
3) The UK
4) EFTA states
i) Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland
5) Canada
6) Australia/ New Zealand
7) Japan
8) Brazil
9) Worldwide
All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, the Gaza Strip region in Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as ᗰIᑭᑕO does not ship to these destinations. Our shipping carriers also have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping. You can see the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage.
The list of countries may change periodically.

Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.

All payments are independently processed through a third-party service, so ᗰIᑭᑕO does not collect any payment information, such as credit card details. If payments through the available methods on the Services fail or are refused by the payment service provider, ᗰIᑭᑕO is under no obligation to fulfill the purchase order. Any possible costs or fees resulting from the failed or refused payment will be borne by you.
ESTIᗰᗩTEᗪ ᗪEᒪIᐯEᖇY TIᗰE, ᗩᑎᗪ ᕼOᗯ IS IT ᑕᗩᒪᑕᑌᒪᗩTEᗪ?
We calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:
i) Products being out of stock
ii) Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions
Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.
If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email, and we’ll take a look.

Customers will see two shipping options at checkout:
i) Express (fast shipping)
ii) Standard
Keep in mind that all carriers require phone numbers for Express delivery. If a customer chooses Express shipping, be sure to ask for their phone number in advance to avoid shipment holds.
We choose the most suitable carrier for your shipment, considering the selected shipping method and destination. You’ll know which carrier service delivers your shipment in the order confirmation email.
At checkout, customers will only see the available shipping options for the particular area. For example, if Express shipping is unavailable for a specific destination, the customer will only see the Standard rate.
